Q. Where is the Nogami Honkan located?
A. Nogami Honkan is located at 1-12-1 Kitahama, Beppu City, Oita Prefecture. It is about a 10-minute walk from Beppu Station and about a 5-minute walk from the Beppu Kitahama bus stop.
Q. Does the Nogami Honkan have a hot spring?
A. Yes. The hot springs in the hotel use water directly from our own source. In addition to separate baths for men and women, there are three private hot spring baths available for rent.
Q. Can I make a reservation for a private hot spring bath in advance?
A. Advance reservations are not possible; please make your reservation at the front desk upon check-in.
Q. Are the guest rooms Western-style or Japanese-style?
A. All rooms are Japanese-style. We have rooms ranging from compact rooms for solo travelers to larger rooms for families and groups.
Q. What is the maximum number of guests your rooms can accommodate?
A. Family Room A can accommodate up to 7 people, and Family Room B can accommodate up to 10 people.
Q. Is it possible to book accommodation with meals included?
A. You can choose between a room-only or breakfast-included accommodation plan. If you wish to have Japanese food at the hotel, advance reservations are required.
Q. Is Wi-Fi available?
A. Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the building.
Q. Is it possible to check in late at night?
A. Staff are on duty at the front desk even late at night, and we can accommodate late-night check-ins. Please contact us in advance if your expected arrival time will be later than usual.
Q. Can I leave my luggage here?
A. Yes. We can store your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.
Q. Is there a parking lot?
A. There are 8 paid parking spaces on the premises. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. If the parking lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
